1. Tours - Please contact our customer service first if you would like to book the next day’s tour.
2. Package Product - For package product of Great Wall tour and night show, please write clearly the date of both events you would like to go in the remarks.
3. Airport Transfer - Please read the notice first when there is some notice marked in yellow background if you would like to book the airport transfer.

1. Cancellation
We must be notified of your cancellation by E-mail or online message 36 hours prior to your tour departure time.
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure,
there is no cancellation fee. I
If you cancel between 24 and 12 hours in
advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation
fee.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled departure, there is a
100 percent cancellation fee.
2. Alteration
Please notify us by E-mail at least 36 hours prior to your tour departure time if you would like to change the date of tour. Once you have paid the tour successfully online, date changing is free of charge as long as we are notified in time.
If we are notified of your date changing request less than 36 hours prior to your tour departure time, we will charge the fees that have already happened in the management.
3. Other Requests
If you would like to submit any other special request once you have already successfully bought a tour, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by E-mail.
