Do you have free wifi?
Yes. We have free wifi. Please acquire the user name and password at our reception.
Do you have free breakfast? And what time is it open?
Yes. We provide free breakfast for each guest who stays in our hostel. It’s open from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
How and where can I have the free breakfast?
Please take a breakfast voucher at our reception in the morning and go just next door to the restaurant. You need to go out of our hostel and enter from the door of the restaurant, and drop the voucher there to the waiter or waitress, and then they will serve you the breakfast.
Do you have a common room?
Yes, we have a cozy and comfortable common room with sofa, TV, DVD player, bookshelf, fish tank, and computers inside.
Do you have computer to check E-mail?
Yes, we have free computer in the common room.
Do you have FREE airport pick-up?
No. But we have DT airport pick-up. If you are a group of less than 6 people and stay in at least one of our private room (the whole room, not in scattered dorm beds) for 5 consecutive nights, we will provide you a DT airport pick-up(ONLY from Beijing Capital International Airport),which means that you would just need to pay the toll (round trip of high way and parking fee, ranging between 20 CNY and 40 CNY.)
How much is the airport pick-up and how do I book the airport pick-up and how does it work?

How and when do I pay the airport pick-up?
If you reserve a non-free airport pick-up, you can pay online directly (please check in “Service”) or cash at our reception after you check in. If you have a free airport pick-up, you just need to pay in cash at our reception after you check in.
Where should I find the driver who pick me up at the airport?
You should look for the driver at the exit where there are a lot of people waiting for their friends or guests. Our driver will be holding a piece of paper on which your name is written.
Why do you require to be paid online within 180 days prior to my arrival date (for airport pick-up)?
According to the policy of Paypal, your payment could be completely refunded (minus 0.3 USD per Paypal fixed fee) when the payment is made less than 180 days. In case that you might cancel your pick-up service and we can refund you the payment conveniently, we highly recommend you to book and make the payment less than 180 days and more than 5 days prior to your arrival date.
Do you have airport drop off service?
Yes we have. You need to reserve and pay one day in advance at our reception and the car will be right in front of our hostel to take you to the airport. The price might be a little higher than you take a normal taxi. But in the case when you take a taxi, you need to walk around 400 meters with your luggage to the main road and then you can find a taxi.
Do you have train station pick-up service?
I am sorry that we can NOT pick you up from the train station as it is very complicated and inefficient to meet at the train station. But there is subway station at each train station and it is quite easy to come from any of the train stations.
Do you have free shower?
Yes, we have two public free toilet and bathrooms with shower in public area.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes, we have. It is a paid service and will take approximately 24 hours.
Do you have a public kitchen?
Yes, we do. We have a newly renovated public kitchen. Please view the photos in About Us/Our Facilities & Services.
